What a versioned Palworld breeding calculator should disclose
Version labels are part of the answer
A breeding calculator should show more than a result. Before using it for a guide or wiki update, check the supported game version, dataset date, upstream source, record count, and known limits.
A useful status page should also separate species-level breeding relations from passives, IVs, mutations, cake cost, inventory planning, and shortest-route optimization. Those are different layers of the problem.
PalBreed publishes this evidence on its Palworld 1.0 breeding data status page, including the current relation count and data date.
That makes a result reproducible: another player or editor can check which snapshot was used instead of assuming every calculator is on the same patch.
